Chapter 10. DEALERS IN SECONDHAND JEWELRY, PRECIOUS METALS AND GEMS

§ 10-3. Same—Exemptions.

The provisions hereof shall not apply when the item traded in is an item originally purchased from the dealer to whom it is traded. Said dealer shall be required, however, to demand positive identification of person trading in such item to demand proof that said person is the legal owner of such item.
