§ 11-19. Same—Conditions where permit not required.

Unless storage of quantities in excess of those given in the preceding section is to be maintained for at least 30 days, nothing in such section shall require an owner or occupant, or his agent, to obtain a permit for the use of, nor does it prohibit the use by him of, paints, oils, varnishes, and similar inflammable liquids.
