§ 14-61. Vending candy, etc., near schools; permission required.

  • It shall be unlawful for any ice cream, peanut, candy or fruit vendor to sell ice cream, peanuts, candy or fruit within 500 feet of any public school in any street or sidewalk in the city, or to take any stand for the purpose of selling such merchandise within 500 feet of any public school without first obtaining permission from the principal of such public school.
